This is another tip I read on the net somewhere. They suggested storing celery in aluminum foil stating that it lasts weeks longer. Haven't tried it but willing to give it a go.

I will have to try this. Because it seems to go bad quite fast. I don't know why but it just don't seem to last as long as other vegies.

That's interesting. I wonder what the theory is with that?

After a few days, I store celery in water and I find that it stays crisp. I'm not sure how that affects nutrients, though.
