Thanks for the tip. I sometimes have sticky rice if I try to cook it too quickly. Can you taste any of the lemon juice?

You won't taste the lemon juice if it is added just as the water starts to boil

Thanks for the tip. I've been using a steamer with a basket for cooking rice, and it's worked well.

Speaking of "sticky rice", that's on the menu in some restaurants, isn't it? So I wonder if they do anything in particular to get it that way?

I always thought they used a certain type of rice that had more starch, but I'm not certain.
