Default Cutting Meat

If you are having trouble cutting meat, it sometimes help to stick it in the freezer for a few to make it more solid and easier to slice through. I read this somewhere and tried it, and it really does work.

Yes, I like to do this when I am slicing whole boneless chicken breasts down to make my own chick strips and such. It really does work very well. I alos like it to do the same thing when trimming down the pork chops as well.

That reminds me that when I'm barbecuing, I prefer starting with frozen hamburger patties, so they are less likely to break apart and fall through the grill.

Thanks Tag. I do a lot of grilling and never considered this before. But how do you marinade them? Or do you?
