Actually, if you make enough to have extra, I've found this to be very convenient.

Place single serving amount in zip loc bags and freeze.

To serve: just place bag in water and boil until thawed and desired temperature is reached.

Oh, that's smart! I'd be sure to get nice heavy-duty freezer bags, though, for fear of spills. (I've had so many bad experiences with the cheap slide-lock kind!)
