Default Almond Paste Softening

Almond paste can be pretty expensive and you don't really use it that often. So, when you have left overs it gets all hard and you don't want to throw it away! But what do you do to soften it?

Place a slice of fresh bread in a sealed plastic bag with the almond paste. The moisture in the bread will be absorbed by the almond paste and you should have nice, softened Almond Paste!
