I'm hosting Thanksgiving for the first time this year! We've always had it at my Inlaws home but after a struggle, my husband and I are hosting everyone at our house for the first time (about 30 people!).

I want to do something not too outrageous or spectacular (as if I'm trying to show them up) but really make the decoration themed and enjoyable. I just found this site and I'm thinking it may be a savior already!

If you have any ideas at all, I would love to hear them!

Thanks
Ash

I'm sure your in-laws will enjoy the break this year!

What are the decorations on Thanksgiving at the in-laws usually like? What are the everyday colors and style of the room the decorations will be in?

Luckily your centerpiece is easy...A juicy golden brown turkey is about the best Thanksgiving decoration I know of because you can eat it Just serve it on a pretty platter and baste it right before you set it on the table

How did your thanksgiving go Ashlie? You're very brave to host for 30 people.

hmmmm. We're rich in food on this site therefore your message doesn't make much sense to me. I'm sorry.
