I usually create a theme for my Superbowl party that revolves around the cities of the 2 teams playing. One of my most popular Superbowl parties was the year the New England Patriots played the Philadelphia Eagles. In addition to the usual SuperBowl snack buffet, I served Philly Cheesesteaks and New England Clam Chowder. Guess we'll have to wait until this weekend to find out which 2 teams will be playing this year!!

Since I live in Indianapolis.. I would have to admit.. we don't really have a "known" dish here. It's rather weird actually... Oh well. Can anyone think of what we are known for?

...other than playing Euker...?

Hey dr00t, you play Euchre, too? Whatever the spelling is, I've played that a quite a bit here in Toronto in the last few years. It's a great game.

Getting back to Superbowl parties, how about some chili served in hollowed out crusty rolls?

I think Superbowl fans would enjoy being able to eat the bowl, too.
