Default Italian Turkey Meatloaf

This is a Mayo Clinic recipe

1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup skim milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup sun dried tomoatoes with oil, drained & finely chopped
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x4 or 9x5inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT spaghetti sauce in a large bowl and mix with large spoon until blended.

Transfer mixture into prepared pan. Spread the spaghetti sauce over the top.

Bake uncovered for about 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees & loaf pulls away from sides of pan.

Servings: Approximately 8 (For my family it's about 5-6 servings)

Trans fat-0g, Carbohydrate 15g, Cholesterol-60mg, Sodium-210mg,
