I've never used soy milk but heard its alot better and healthier than regular milk. Is this true and can does the different flavor of the soy milk change the taste of foods if added?
That's interesting. I've had soy milk to drink, but I've never thought to cook with it. I would imagine it would taste somewhat different, but that depends on what you are applying it to. It is for the most part, healthier for you, and it almost has a vanilla taste to it.
