Ingredients:
2 # Chicken Breast, Diced
3 ea. Onion, Diced
1 ea. Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1 ea. Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1 C. Mushrooms, Sliced
1 tsp. Garlic
1 ea. Carrots, Diced
½ G. Demi-Glaze
3 C. Chicken Stock
3 oz. Cumin
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Oregano
1 oz. Parsley
1 oz. Thyme
TT Salt/ Pepper
Directions:
-In a medium size stock pot add the chicken and saute until golden brown, toss the vegetable in a little olive oil and place in 350 Degree oven for 8 min. remove and add to the soup, add the Demi-Glaze and chicken stock; cook for 13 min. Add the rest of the ingredients and stew for 10 min. season with salt and pepper.
