1 pint mayo (note - I always use Duke's mayo for this one)
1 package dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 purple onion, finely chopped
1 cup milk
salt, pepper, garlic, to taste
Mix all the ingredients together.
I like to use this one a lot on broccoli salads, as well as tossed green salads
