Another recipe for the contest....
FROZEN DAIQUIRI SALAD
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. pkg golden egg custard mix
1 (6oz) can frozen Daiquiri mix (can use lemonade)
Scant 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (13 oz) can crushed, drained pineapple
1 pt. cool whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans (or walnuts)
Green food coloring (add until pretty)
(I do this in the mixer) Mix cream cheese with egg custard. Add the can of thawed daiquiri (or lemonade) and mayonnaise. Blend well. Add drained pienapple and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Add food coloring until color you desire is reached.
Place in 9 x 9-inch dish and freeze.
Remove from freezer. Cut into squares.
