Fleischsalat (Meat Salad)
Serves 4
1/2 lb.sliced bologna,coarsly diced
4 slices Swiss cheese.coarsly diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 cup dill pickles, diced
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup Dukes mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1.Coarsely cut up the bologna and cheese
2.Put in medium bowl with tomato, pickles, onion and mayonnaise.
3.Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix well
4.Serve with sliced rye bread.
