Snicker Salad
8-10 servings


5-6 large Granny Smith apples peeled and diced
6 large Snickers candy bars, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
16 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
1 (10 ounce) jar caramel topping


1.Cut up the apples into small pieces, put in bowl
2.Cut candy bars into pieces(1/2 inch cubes) mix with apples.
3.Mix cream cheese and caramel topping together,add to apples and candy bar pieces, mix.
4.Fold in the cool whip.
5.Chill about 1 hour and serve.

WOW! This is something I would never have thought of, as much as I love Snickers. And you would think the way I enjoy apple slices with caramel, this would have been a natural. I'll add this one to my Memorial Day list of recipes.
