Three-Bean Salad
8 servings
1 lb. can green beans, drained
1 lb. can yellow wax beans, drained
1 lb. can red kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Place the 3 kinds of beans in a bowl, add onion. Mix oil and vinegar with sugar and salt; pour over beans. Toss well and refrigerate.
