Cucumber Salad

servings
3 carrots, thinly sliced
3 medium cucumbers, very thinly sliced
1 vadalia onion, very thinly sliced
3 stalks of fresh celery thinly diced
8 oz. can of pineapple tidbits, drained
1 Medium tomato diced small
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill (or 1/4 teaspoon if using seeds)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Dukes mayonnaise
1/4 cup crumbled bacon, for topping(optional)
1.Mix cucumber,pineapple, tomato,carrots, celery and onions together.
2.Mix rest of ingredients together, mix well.
3.Chill till very cold,top with bacon and serve.
