Japanese Salad

1 package Top Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 peeled cucumber, sliced thin
1 carrot sliced thinly
6 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally
1/2 cup Dukes Mayonnaise
1 juice of one lemon
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 chicken breast, chopped
1.Prepare vegetables
2.Crunch noodles in package before opening, cook in boiling water for 3 minutes
3.Drain and set aside for 20 minutes.
4.Sprinkle bag of seasoning mix from noddles package evenly over noddles and let set 10 minutes.
5.Add mayonnaise,chicken, lemon juice salt and pepper
6.Combine with vegetables and mix well.
7.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
