Watergate Salad
1 (4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, undrained
1 cup colored miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 3/4 cups non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, cut in small pieces


Stir pudding mix, pineapple with juice, marshmallows, cherries and pecans in a large bowl until well blended.
Gently stir in whipped topping.
Refrigerate one hour or until ready to serve.

This came at just the right time to help me out with what to take to a pot luck supper! I had not even thought about making a Waldorf salad and this took no time at all. Thanks!
