Tuna Salad
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 Cup plain yogurt
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
Ground black pepper to taste
½ Cup vidalia onions, minced
½ Cup chopped celery
2 6-ounce cans tuna, drained
1/2 lb cooked elbow macaroni or small shell pasta, rinsed and drained
Instructions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Place onions, celery, and tuna in
bowl, then add yogurt mixture. Combine elbow macaroni or small shell pasta well and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serves 5-6.
