Tuna Salad


Yield: 6 servings


Ingredients:
1 Cup plain yogurt
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
Ground black pepper to taste
½ Cup vidalia onions, minced
½ Cup chopped celery
2 6-ounce cans tuna, drained
1/2 lb cooked elbow macaroni or small shell pasta, rinsed and drained


Instructions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Place onions, celery, and tuna in
bowl, then add yogurt mixture. Combine elbow macaroni or small shell pasta well and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serves 5-6.

This is very similar to a tuna salad that I make. I include a can of whole kernel corn, drained, and one chopped green bell pepper. Sometimes for color I will add slivers of raw carrots as well. This is an easy dish to do for a hot summer day.

Will try the corn , hadn't thought of it, and the bell peppers sound nice too. Thanks.
