Chicken Salad Supreme
4 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1 (20 ounce can) pineapple tidbits, drained
2 cups seedless green grapes
2/3 cup almonds
1/4 cup celery, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon pineapple juice
Combine chicken, pineapple, grapes, almonds, and celery. Stir in salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Mix with chicken mixture and store in refrigerator, serve on lettuce or toasted bread.
