Ingredients
2 cups vermicelli
300 gr chicken breast
1/2 bunch dill
1/2 bunch parsly
3-4 green onion
5 tablespoons canned maize
1/3 cup olive oil
Precedure
Boil the chicken breat for 20-25 minutes. Then roast the vermicelli with olive oil in a pot and add the boiled water that you have used to boil the chicken breast. Cook it until it is boiled down.
Pull the chicken breast to shreds and add it to the pot. Chop the leaves of the onion, dill and parsly and put it in the pot. Add salt and maize in it. Finally blend them thoroghly. Serve cold.
