Ingredients:
2 C. Water
4 C. Sugar
2 C. Red Wine
1 Tsp. Black Pepper Corns (Crushed)

Directions:
-in a sauce pot add the water and sugar cook until you get simple syrup 15 min. in another sauce pot add the red wine and black pepper cook until almost boiling. Know in a mixing bowl slowly start to add the simple syrup and red wine start whisking continuously while whisking place bowl in an ice bath whisk until cool. Should be somewhat silky but still thick
