North Carolina Piedmont Bbq Sauce
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Celery salt
1 tablespoon Cayenne
1 tablespoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Paprika
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Allspice
4 cup Tomato juice
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcester
1 cup White vinegar
1 tablespoon Grated onion
To prevent lumping: mix dry ingredients, add some liquid to make paste. Add liquids . Cook 2 hrs.
