Ingredients:
1 ea. Pita bread (8in. Round)
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
½ C Milk
1 tsp. parsley
¼ ea red onion (Julienne)
1 oz pineapple (Diced)
1 lb Kona Kampachi (Sliced Thinly)
4 oz. fresh Mozzarella
TT salt/ pepper
Directions:
In a small sauce pot melt the butter and flour together, whisk in the milk as to make a sauce (Béchamel) . Next add the sauce to the pita bread and layer on the onions and pineapple. Next add the kampachi, season to taste. Top with fresh parmesan and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 min.
