Ingredients:
¼ C. Canola Oil
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
32 ea. Shrimp
Vinaigrette:
½ C. Mango (Chopped)
¼ C. Canola oil
¼ C. Cilantro (Chopped)
1 tsp. Scallions (Chopped)
2 oz. lime juice
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. ginger
TT Salt/ Pepper
Directions:
-in a large mixing bowl add all ingredients for the vinaigrette and whisk together, set aside. In another mixing bowl ad the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Grill the shrimp and top the with the vinaigrette.
