Ingredients:
4 Sheets Fillo Dough
1 C. Mascarpone
4 oz. Sugar
1 oz. Vanilla Extract
3 oz. raspberry sauce
2 ea. Raspberry’s
1 Sprig Mint
Garnish:
Chocolate Shavings
Directions:
-Layer the fillo dough on top of each other then fold over twice, cut into 3 in. rounds and place inside a muffin pan, bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. while that is going in a small mixing bowl make the filling by adding the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla extract, raspberry sauce and mix well. Know remove the fillo dough from the muffin pan and fill with the filling top with fresh raspberry’s, mint and chocolate shavings.
