Ingredients:
1 C. Pinot Grigio
8 Sprigs. Saffron
2 oz. honey
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Thyme (Minced)
1 tsp. Parsley (Minced)
1 tsp. Rosemary (Minced )
1 Pc. Garlic ( Minced)
3 oz. Butter
1 # Prawns
TT Salt/ Pepper
Directions:
-in a medium size saute pan add the pinot grigio and let reduce fro 5 min. then add the honey, curry powder, thyme, parsley, rosemary, garlic, saffron. Cook for 10 min. until it is aromatic and then add the prawns and butter cook for 7 min. and season to taste, they should be bright red when ready.
