Ingredients:
1 C. Red roasted bell peppers (Diced)
4 oz. Onion (Diced)
3 oz. Tomato (Diced)
1 pc. Garlic (minced)
3 oz. Parsley ( Minced)
1 C. Buffalo Mozzarella (Diced)
3 oz. Tomato Paste
6 ea. Foccacia Rounds (Toasted)
TT Salt/ Pepper
Directions:
-in a medium size mixing bowl add all the ingredients and lightly mix together season to taste and layer on the foccacia rounds.
