Ingredients:
2 C. Chanterelles
3 oz. butter
3 tbsp. shallots (minced)
1 oz. Garlic (Minced)
½ C. White wine
2 C. Cream
1 C. Tomato Juice
1 tsp. chervil
1 C. Parmesan
1 tbsp. basil (minced)
1 C. Bread Crumbs
Directions:
-In a casserole add the butter to line it then add the chanterelles, shallots, garlic, white wine, tomato juice, cream and bread crumbs, slowly start to pack down the ingredients until they start give just lightly, then add the parmesan cheese, basil, and chervil, cover with aluminum foil and place into a pre heated oven at 350 degrees for about 30 min. the crust should be golden brown.
