WOW!! On a recent shopping trip I purchased 2 packages of Callison Seasoned Skewers. I had never seen these before & thought I'd give them a try. They are made from untreated Maine wood & steeped in 100% natural oils and herbal extracts. I purchased the Citrus Rosemary and Garlic Herb but they also had at least 4 or 5 other flavors.

Last night I used the Citrus Rosemary when I grilled Lamb Shish Kebabs - what a great addition to my "summertime" BBQ items!!

I would highly recommend these for any special occasion

I have to try it because I'm seeking a brand new flavor for my every-Sunday BBQ.
