Sorry nobody found an answer quicker! I guess that's probably because many people have the same question...
What I have heard is best (and worked for me) is to simply experiment under a couple simple guidelines. Take your favorite recipes and cook them at a slightly lower temperature (try 25f degrees less) AND for a shorter period of time. That's right- even at a lower temperature things should cook quicker and more evenly. The longer a recipe calls for in the oven, the longer you'll want to reduce time in a convection oven.
But, like I said, practice and experimenting makes perfect. If I find some great recipes specifically for convection ovens I'll let you know!
