Mexican Lasagna
2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 package taco seasoning
10 large flour tortillas
1 cans refried beans or black beans
3 cups shredded taco cheese or cheddar cheese
1 cans cream of mushroom soup or other
6 ounces sour cream
1 large can Rotel tomatoes with chilies(un-drained)

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2.Cut 10 of the flour tortillas into strips, about 1 1/4 inches in width
3.Line the bottom of a 9 by 13 casserole dish with layer of flour tortilla strips.
4.Brown ground meat and onion; drain.
5.Add taco seasoning, tomatoes and stir in beans. Half and spread even layer in bottom of dish on top of flour tortilla strips
6.Mix soup and sour cream in a separate bowl.
7.Spread 1/2 sour cream mixture over beans.
8.Put layer of tortilla strips over sour cream mixture.
9.Add a layer of cheese.
10.Put 1/2 the meat bean and onion mixture over that.
11.Spread 1/2 sour cream mixture
12.Top with layer of tortilla strips and sprinkle on rest of cheddar cheese.
*Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until cheese has melted, about 15 minutes.
