Greek Salad Dressing

This is so easy to prepare - and is delicious!!

1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp oregano (fresh or dried)
1 medium clove garlic, crushed
ground pepper

Whisk all ingredients together and, in desired amounts, toss with salad
