I would have to say pork but more for the crackling on the top than anything else. I can't get enough of it.

Beef and Lamb.

For the beef, prime or Kobe/Wagyu, preferably NY Strip, Rib eye, T-Bone, or Porterhouse.

For lamb, Colorado or Alberta.

I love porterhouse. I reckon that is one of the most tender of steaks.

I love beef, especially when it's made into meatloaf.

I have to say that chicken is my good old standby. I can grill it, fry it, sautee it in red wine vinegar, bake it and broil it. When I can't think of anything in particular to prepare, chicken is usually what ends up on the menu.

I like pork in various cuts... but I guess when it comes down to a favorite, I'd have to choose chicken. Since this is the recipe section, I'll give one...

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Use an already made crust such as Boboli. Spread it with your
favorite bbq sauce. The toppings will be cooked chicken breast
mixed with a little more bbq sauce, your favorite pizza herbs,
and your favorite shredded cheese. Make the chicken either
shredded or in small cubes, whatever you prefer. Bake as
listed on the crust package.

My favorite is chicken, because it is so versatile. We once had chicken 5 times in one week, but never grew sick of it because it was prepared so differently each time.

That's one of the main reasons why I like it, too. It can be bbq chicken pizza or chicken quesadillas one night and then when it's chicken corn soup or chicken casserole in a few days, it's not like the same meal at all.

I know a lady at church that makes what she calls "Weird Chicken". It is simply boneless chicken breasts that she marinates overnight in Italian dressing, then pounds think with a meat hammer. She coats the chicken with a mixture she makes with eggs, seasonings and crushed corn flakes, then bakes the chicken in a greased pan. I've never done it myself, but she has served it several times when I've been to her home.

I don't think that sounds weird at all... in fact, it sounds quite good!
I've heard of an oven fried chicken that uses cornflake crumbs and it
always sounded good to me.
