It's gotta be beef! I feel it is one of the most versatile meats to cook with, and the fact you have so many cuts to pick from too.

I would definitely have to say venison or NY Strip Steak..both are good. Do you guys like to barbeque ??

Sorry I am jsut answereing your question about flavor meat. I like simple of beef or lamb. I like to cook my lamb in some rum. for the beef. simple cut of beef. nice small cut of thick pan/skirt steak or riblet.
