Ingredients:
thinly cut sirlion steaks
soysauce
juice of lemon
onion rings
Marinate sirlion in soysauce and lemon juice. About 30 min. Sautee. Set aside and in the same pan, fry onion rings. Pour marinade over onions. Continue sauteeing. Add sirlion. Remove after 30 sec - 2 min. Serve with rice and pickles / kimchi
Note: You want the marinade not too salty or tart. Depends on you really
