I am looking for ideas on maybe a pork chop rub for a meal..anytime I make pork it always tastes the same..bland. I need something that will spice it up and bring out the flavor.
hey dont worry i have an bright idea...b4 cooking pork make a rough cares by using knife ...make a mixture of olve oil,salt(rock+celerysalt+koshersalt) rosemarry(fresh) thyme and garlic, rub on the pork keep in the fridge atleast 6 hours with lid on... then u can cook or grill as u regularly do
