Chicken Little and Broccoli Casserole

5 chicken breast (about 4 1/2 lb total wt.)
1 bag frozen broccoli(can use fresh) about 1 1/2 lbs
1 can cream of chicken soup(condensed, don't add water)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed, don't add water)
1 cup Duke's mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup parmesan cheese, divided into 2 half cups
1 cup chedder cheese, divided into 2 half cups
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1.Boil the chicken till done.
2.Boil the broccoli 1 minute, drain and spread on the bottom of a11x15 inch oven proof casserole dish.
3.Spread chicken on the top of the broccoli
4.Mix the soups,lemon juice, mayonnaise and 1/2 cup of parmesan and chedder cheese and spread on top of chicken and broccoli
5.Sprinkle bread crumbs over top, then1/2 cup of parmesan and chedder cheese on top and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6.Serve over rice or with side dishes.
