Hi,

My name is Linda Symonds and I'm a self-proclaimed foodie! I'm also co-creator of a "Cook Mexican on DVD" instructional video.

At Cook Mexican, we test and adapt Mexican recipes for our clients and customers. We also provide a free newsletter full of Mexican Food recipes and tips.

I'm delighted to have found this forum and look forward to learning from everyone here and sharing my recipes and knowledge as well.

Linda Symonds

Well well, Linda - I'm a retired chef just joining these forums, I'm on my way to introduce myself, but thot I'd read some of the other introduction posts and saw yours.

I have always said I must have been Mexican in another life the way I love the food - you and I shall be great friends, I'm thinking!!

Hi Linda, like Jean I think I must have been a "Latina" in a previous life. We love our Mexican, South American, and Cuban food! My DH and I hope that we can retire in Mexico - perhaps on a boat - or just anywhere! I'm looking forward to learning a lot from you and expanding my knowledge of our favorite cuisine!
