Default What is everyone making for Xmas dinner this year?

Here in Australia many still traditionally go with the roast turkey and trimmings even though the temperature on Christmas day might be a sweltering 100 degrees.

There is a tendency though to move towards seafoods.

I tend to do a bit of a mix.

Hey CaryAnne I never got around to making your recipe. Had the meat cooking and had about 40 minutes left before that was ready so thought I would get in and make the mashed potatoes. Then I looked at the recipe.... .....and realised that I didn't leave myself enough time. That will teach me to read the recipe right through next time.

I will still be making it though.

i always make grilled chicken, mash potatoes, sweet potatoes made in butter, sugar & orange peel and broccoli & onion casserole ect. talk about seafood, i also like to make my own garlic prawns. and last but,
not least , dessert !!!!
