I bought a chocolate covered Easter egg at the store today and it was soooo good! Reminded me of when I used to make them... before I lost my recipe. Anyhow, it was coconut cream, and I'm pretty sure it had cream cheese in the recipe. Anyone have this recipe? I can't recall if mine had cream cheese or not, but I'm thinking not.
