FROZEN MINT PIE




Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 (6oz) Ready-made Nabisco
Oreo Pie Crust
1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed
Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 tps (to 1 1/2tps) Mint or Peppermint
Extract
10 (8 to 12) drops Green Food
Coloring, optional
2 cups (1pt) Whipped topping(Cool Whip)

In large mixer bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk,
peppermint extract and, if desired, food coloring.
Fold in whipped cream. Turn into crust; cover. Freeze
6 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired. Freeze
leftovers.
