Cabbage has never been a favorite around here so I'm not serving it. Our St. Patrick's Day dinner will be Dublin Coddle, Irish Soda Bread, and Iced Shamrock Cookies.

Well, I don't know what I'll be serving yet, but here is a funny story about a Jewish woman, who thought she was cooking beef brisket, only to discover it was corned!
DivineCaroline :: Project Brisket

So, pay attention to whatever you are cooking this St. Patty's Day...I hope you laugh and enjoy it as much as I did. Please let me know what you think.

Shepherds Pie. It's almost like a chicken pot pie, but its made more like a cassarole and lots of potatoes and beef. Check it out.
