I recently purchased a bunch of candy molds with intentions of making candy for Valentine's Day. Any recommendations for brands/types of chocolate to use for this?

Well I am glad I found your post...here are a few types of chocolate you could use...
Guittard Valrhona Callebaut Scharffen Berger Those are ones that are a decent price and available in the USA. If you can't fine them at the grocery store you can always order then online... Go to www.chocolateguild.com and go to the link on the left that says "buy chocolate at..." and you will be able to buy close to any chocolate in the world...
