My sister-in-law makes a version of cold uncooked pizza.

She takes a round flatbread, covers it with cream cheese and sprinkles toppings like onions and peppers on the top.

It's a tradition for her to make these for Christmas morning, for some reason. She has to battle her kids so they don't consume it all.

Have you ever made a version of that?

I never heard about this 'cold uncooked pizza'. I will give it a try but i think it will not be that good. Most of the people like hot crunchy pizza. but it will not be like that because neither it will be crunchy and hot.

Hmmm... honestly, it doesn't sound all THAT appetizing when written in SHORT but perhaps with a few extra steps it could be quite tasty (and a fun change). I'd be interested to see the concept in a full recipe form with a little extra "oomph" if you will.

I actually like the sound of that. I would be adding a heap of other ingredients to it though.

i always make something like that by using sliced bread [ not too thin ]
first spread mayo, then shredded cabbage, cover with 1 slice of cheese &
for topping i add 4 small pieces of salami [ shaped round ] & 2 slices of
thinly sliced green pepper also shaped round. put them in an oven toaster until the cheese is melted & they have a nice light brown color.
P.S i usually make them the night before, cover them with plastic wrap
& just put them in the toaster when you need them.
