This is SO embarrassing, but... I can't seem to make jello cut-outs right! They always fall to pieces, and I end up with a big pile of goo before anyone can even look at them. Not that jello goo doesn't taste good, but I feel like I'm missing out on the art part of it. Any tips for making them right?

I make mine not with water only, but with Sprite in place of the cold water and mine are always very firm and easy to cut. The Sprite also adds something extra to the taste for me. Maybe that would help you out.

I never thought of that! Hmmmm. But then, I also never have trouble with my cut outs. I had brain surgery 1.5 years ago and to celebrate the anniversary, I did a Jello-O brain. Course, I had a mold....

What better way to celebrate? (I'm assuming everything went all right? That must've been terrifying!) Still, nothing like fun food after a good scare, I suppose.
