And if you'd like to try any of our finalists recipes, we loved them all, but we've got a few recommendations you may want to consider:
Balsamic Lamb Chops: Tasting staff thought that marinating this for 2-4 hours instead of 1 hour would add more flavor. Suggestions: Increase Balsamic vinegar to 4 Tablespoons
Rolled Veal Sallops with Prosciutto and Fontina Cheese: Tasters opinion was that cognac taste was a bit too strong. Suggestion: marinate this in 1/2 cup cognac.
Mango Beef: staff preferred Mango Beef version using regular rum rather than Mango flavored rum.
