Hi everyone. I have so many current magazines that suggest using wood planks for grilling salmon, pork, and a variety of other meats and fish. Although I am tempted to purchase one and try it out, I'd like to hear from some members who have actually tried this method of grilling.

Another question - what prevents the wooden plank from burning and disintegrating like charcoal briquets or firewood?
