What's a great barbecue without great Cocktails? I found this cool recipe for an awesome summer cocktail. This Blueberry Limoncellos is the perfect Get Out & Grill Drink. We were planning on BBQ'n this weekend and watching the NBA playoffs but, since the Lakers got Shamrocked by the Celtics already. I guess we will relax and enjoy some cold drinks. So this is what I will be having this Sunday afternoon. Celtics Fans; Have a drink, on me.
Frozen Blueberry Limoncello's

• 1 cup O Organics Frozen Wild Blueberries or fresh blueberries
  3 tbsp. simple syrup* or sugar
  3 tbsp. lemon juice
  1 cup chilled limoncello liqueur or lemonade (regular or sparkling)
  3/4 to 1 cup chilled Safeway Club Soda or sparkling water
